Job Description:
A company is looking for a Billing Analyst responsible for
invoicing and contract management.
Key Responsibilities
Invoicing recurring contract services and time and materials labor
accurately and on time
Entering service contracts and changes into the billing platform
with correct cost and coding
Reconciling vendor invoices and collaborating with accounts payable
to resolve discrepancies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
A minimum of two years of experience in Managed Services or
SaaS-based roles
A four-year degree or equivalent combination of education and work
experience
Familiarity with Managed, Cloud, and Professional Services
concepts
Experience with IT Service Management platforms, preferably
NetSuite and Salesforce
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly
Excel
