A company is looking for a Supervisor, Hospital Accounts
Receivable Services.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and coordinate follow-up activities to ensure timely
collection goals are met
Perform weekly quality assurance reviews and staff productivity
assessments
Provide training, feedback, and disciplinary action as necessary
for team members
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a hospital business office or similar
setting
Experience in Hospital/Facility billing and Home Infusion
billing
Ability to work well individually and in a team environment
Reliable, responsible, goal-oriented, and flexible
Maintain current knowledge of healthcare regulations and issues
