Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to provide
support for medical alert device users.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with product activations, troubleshooting,
billing, and account services
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
Promote additional products and services during customer
interactions
Required Qualifications
2+ years of customer service or call center experience
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree
preferred
Proficient in computer use and multitasking
Permanent residency in specified states required
Ability to work in a dedicated private workspace with appropriate
internet speed
