Job Description:
A company is looking for a Professional Services Leader to
oversee the strategic and operational elements of their
Professional Services team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop growth strategy for the Professional Services team in
collaboration with Customer Experience and GTM teams
Lead and manage the Global Professional Services team, including
recruitment, development, and performance management
Build relationships with Sales and Product teams to enhance service
delivery and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a
related field, or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience in implementing complex developer solutions
and managing a Professional Services delivery team
Experience in building Professional Services offerings focused on
customer implementation and optimization
Proven track record of delivering customer-focused solutions
Ability to mentor and manage a team effectively
