Looking for a part time endodontist for a well established expanding office. Initially it would be 2 days a week and can grow to 3 or more in the future. Microscope provided and any other system you prefer. We value our patients and are held in high regard throughout the community of Pacific Beach, therefore we offer our clinicians the best tools they need to provide our patients with only the most exceptional care. The office is Pacific Beach Family Dental, the premier dental practice in the area. Our office culture resonates exceptionally well with the local community and demographic which in turn provides tremendous opportunities for growth. Currently we are referring roughly 6-10 root canals a week in our current 4 chair office and would like to keep those in house as we expand to a large space. Ideal candidate is a new grad who wants a stress free transition into private practice. We're looking for someone who fits our culture, which is conservative, patient first, no pressure sales type treatment style. Salary is standard commision based, 45% of production. You can be 1099 or W-2. W-2 benefits include a superior health insurance plan that was grandfathered in from the previous dentist. It's pre Obama care and can no longer be found on the open market.
