Job Description:
A company is looking for a Software Engineer Manager, DevEx.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of the DevEx roadmap,
collaborating with various stakeholders
Recruit, onboard, and mentor engineering talent to enhance the
developer experience
Solicit developer feedback to implement continuous improvements in
productivity and efficiency
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience with AWS in a development or DevOps role
2+ years of experience leading remote teams in technology
disciplines
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
related field
Experience with Agile methodology and tools like Jira
Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as
Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
