A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager,
Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive suite of capabilities to support governance
and compliance requirements
Design specification languages and interfaces for defining and
configuring business rules and policies
Create a management control plane for monitoring governance posture
and policy application
Required Qualifications
Extensive experience in designing and implementing internal
controls and compliance frameworks at a financial institution
Strong understanding of identity management and privacy-preserving
data workflows
Expertise in distributed ledger technology (DLT) and its
applications in capital markets
Hands-on experience with on-chain, off-chain, and hybrid
enforcement components
Skilled in building management control plans for monitoring policy
application
