A company is looking for a Commercial & Treasury Management
Support Specialist I to provide customer support for treasury
management and commercial banking products.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver superior client experience through various communication
channels
Manage customer support requests and coordinate with internal
departments
Troubleshoot technical and operational issues related to treasury
management products
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance,
or equivalent work experience
1-3 years of experience in a related business function or
industry
Prior experience implementing treasury management systems
preferred
Demonstrated technology skills with online banking and payments
applications
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
