Responsibilities:
--- Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or
listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction
--- Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for
potential buyers
--- Help clients through the home buying process including
budgeting and mortgage options
--- Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their
local housing market
--- Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their
wants and needs in a home
--- Respond promptly and professionally to high-quality inbound
buyer and seller leads provided by Zillow Flex.
--- Conduct thorough buyer consultations to understand client
needs, preferences, and timelines.
--- Coordinate and conduct property showings, maintaining strong
communication and providing insightful market information to
clients.
--- Write competitive and accurate offers, ensuring clients are
informed and confident throughout negotiations.
--- Utilize our CRM systems to diligently track leads, client
interactions, and follow-ups.
--- Attend and actively participate in regular team meetings,
training sessions, and coaching opportunities provided by the
Obsidian Group.
--- Commit to continuous prospecting, follow-up, and lead nurturing
to maintain a robust pipeline of future business.
--- Guide clients effectively from initial inquiry through closing,
delivering exceptional service and ensuring positive client
experiences that lead to referrals and repeat business.
Qualifications:
--- An established track record of successful real estate sales
--- Over 1 year of buyer's agent or real estate experience
preferred
--- Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
--- Experience with the local real estate market and general
trends
--- Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree
preferred
